Every project starts with an in-home consult and a plain-English, line-item estimate. We set start/finish dates you can plan around, contain the work zone (plastic/zip walls), run HEPA filtration, and communicate daily. Any change happens only with a written change order you approve. How We Install Tile & Flooring (Three Simple Steps)

We start with an in-home consult to measure, confirm scope, and talk options. You’ll get a clear, line-item estimate in writing (materials, prep, labor, timeline). We set start and finish dates you can plan around and note any HOA/parking needs. Changes later? Only with a written change order you approve.
You’ll see: tape measures and notes, photos for the plan, a plain-English estimate, and a confirmed schedule.

Before demo, we contain the work zone (plastic/zip walls), protect paths/vents, and run HEPA filtration. Then we build to best practices:
Tile floors: leveling, crack isolation, movement joints.
Showers: waterproofing and flood test before tile.
LVP/Engineered: subfloor prep, moisture/vapor barrier, acclimation.
We clean as we go and check in daily. Any change is documented and approved in writing.
You’ll see: clean paths, daily tidy-ups, and steady progress.

We walk the project with you, handle any punch items, and review care basics. The invoice matches the estimate (plus any approved change orders). We stand behind our workmanship assurance and tell you exactly how to reach us if you need anything.
You’ll see: finished edges/transitions, caulk/grout cleaned, photos for your records, and a home ready to enjoy.
