This website is owned and operated by Ironvine Tile & Flooring (“Ironvine,” “we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, forms, calculator, and any content we publish (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2) Not a construction contract

Information on the Site—including the free calculator—is general and informational only. It is not an estimate, contract, warranty, or guarantee of pricing, timing, or availability. Any project you hire us for is governed by a separate written agreement.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site (for example, attempting to disrupt or damage the Site or its security, or submitting unlawful material). We may suspend or block access for violations.

4) Links & third parties

The Site may link to third-party sites or tools (maps, review widgets, scheduling). We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

5) Calculator & tools

The calculator provides good-faith ranges only and may include assumptions (e.g., waste factors, typical prep). Results are provided “as-is” and may not reflect your exact conditions. Final pricing follows an in-home visit and a written, line-item estimate.

6) Texting & communications

If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive project-related texts (scheduling, confirmations, reminders). Message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.

7) Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT/TOOLS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT). We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free.

8) Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA LAW, IRONVINE AND OUR OWNERS/EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9) Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Ironvine harmless from claims, damages, losses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

10) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

11) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
